Dealership for modified cars?

I have the really annoying wastegate rattle. I see a lot of people getting their turbos replaced by BMW and I was wondering if anyone did this with a modified 335. I just have jb4, intake and downpipes. I have the stock parts but really don't want to swap the downpipes. Anyone know of a dealership in the nw that doesn't care?

I got my turbos replaced at bmw northwest and they told me to increase the chance of bmw replacing them it's best to be ALL stock.

I can't imagine the type of pita it will be to put stock dps back in. Barely yanked em out with the subframe lowered.
