Whenever i step on the gas with more than 50% throttle my check engine light comes on and the car enters a limp mode i guess reducing power. Im not sure whats causing this but i had a similar problem once before and it was my intercooler pipe that came off.

I got an oil change and within a week oil light came up... ive been topping it off every couple weeks but its getting kind of annoying. is this normal?

also, my coolant light came up.. anyone know what brand coolant 08 335xi uses? does the coolant have anything to do with the check engine light coming on?

When im reducing speed and coming to a stop sometimes it idles weird. the needle will drop to around 1rpm and bounces down almost turning off the car.

The only mods i have done on my car are:
VRSF FMIC 7"
VRSF catless dp
JB4 tune (not sure how to connect the cable to laptop)
bms intakes

Looks like there could be multiple issues. How many miles, always good to put that info.

Oil, thats not normal, who did the change? Do you see any leak?

Coolant, we use bmw coolant mixed 50-50 or so. Dont mix other coolants. First time cooalnt light?

Idling, hmmm vacuum leaks, intake valves...have you changed vacuum hoses? Normal idling is 600rpm.
Finally, what codes do you have?

It's an 08 335xi with just under 70k

I had the oil changed at a bmw dealership and I did notice a leak by the downpipes when we did the catless dp install.

Since I bought the car this is the second time coolant light came on. The first time when i got the oil change they topped it off for free.

I haven't had a chance to check the codes since someone reversed into my car while it was parked outside 😑 so it's currently getting work done on the quarter panel. Will post codes soon

For anyone thats interested lol i had the coolant done and added some oil and the check engine light issues have not been a problem since. Now lets just hope it stays that way

anyone interested it was the coils. need to get all coil pack replaced
