E92 front fenders removal question

I need to replace both my front fenders (cracked). Do I need to remove the front bumper to install them?

NO

Remove wheel well liner
Remove side skirts to access & remove (2) fender bolts @ bottom of fender under front of skirt
Remove (2) fender to front bumper bolts where the fender meets the bumper (access after wheel liner is removed)
Remove (4) fender to body bolts along fender edge under hood
Remove (3) fender to body bolts along back edge of fender at door hinge area (access with door open)

Oh, I forgot to add you will need to remove (3) bolts along back edge of fender at door hinge area (access with door open)
