Ebay m-sport wheel?

Has anyone purchased one of these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-3ser-E90...a45022&vxp=mtr

It doesn't look like its authentic because I don't think the m-sport wheel has the tri-color stitching. I am curious about the quality of this wheel.

No it IS authentic

Some versions of the M-Sport wheel with the smooth/perforated leather DO have the tri-stitch, but they are harder to find

I had one exactly like that with shift paddles before I swapped out to the Performance Alcantara Blue Stripe Wheel

Does anyone have experience with this particular ebay seller? I am thinking about pulling the trigger on this.

I don't have any personal experience with that particular seller, but with a rep of 4714 & 100% Positive Feedback, I don't think you have any worries...

Why? You have an E92, so you already get the Sport steering wheel standard. The wheels are very similar. If you want the little M (and assuming your Sport wheel has the flaking issue that is common), you can always get the M-Sport trim for $110

I do, I purchased my m3 dct paddle shifters from them. At first I was worried since I got them for extremely cheap but they're definitely legit.

This is an m-sport wheel which is thicker and has the perforated leather and colored stitching.

Is it thicker (doesn't look it). My question is whether the upgrade cost is worth some colored stitching and slightly different leather.

The Msport wheel definitely feels A LOT different from the stock sport steering wheel. I went through 3 different wheels and the Msport was my fave.

That being said, it does come down to the tri color stitching. For this price, you can get an m3 wheel off the boards and possibly even save a few bucks (comes with the tri color, different leather, and is thicker).

There seem to be used Msport wheels going for at least $100 cheaper on ebay as well without the stitching.

Can paddle shifters be swapped to this wheel as well?
