what is the best way to keep Satin finished wheel clean?

can someone recommend any specific cleaner/solution for satin finished wheels?

I would apply something like Opticoat (or another sealant at your preference) and then simply clean with regular car shampoo and water. Nothing special needed IMO.

I find mixing bleach and ammonia together seems to work well.

What about preventative? Anything to reduce the magnetic charge or stickiness of the brake dust?

CCB's are I think your only option! Keeping the wheels clean is the only reason I have ever order CCB's on my car's - This time I did not order em so I have to clean my wheels every couple of weeks (With just soap and water)

CCB is a $15000AUD option and apparently its not an option to keep wheels clean for me at all.
