Foglight install help- coded and capped already

So I put my HID fogs in with capacitors and they work just fine with the engine off and while running. I had the car coded to not check for foglight errors a few months back. The fogs will turn off after about a minute and I get a "front right fog error" code. I will mention I had AA software installed last week but all my other coding remains as it was previously. Any thoughts?

I did at first but switched them. I can't believe BMW would do that but yeah they did. It has to be a coding/voltage issue...
