Dealer recommendations in Atlanta for service centers
Proud owner of a F80 here! 5 days so far and I am all smiles from the left to the right. In 5 days I have done 550 miles. I just can't stop driving the car!
I am looking for dealer recommendations for service. I bought out of state. I used Nally in Decatur before for my e90 M3 and they were fine. BMW South Atlanta is of interest because I travel a lot so the airport pick up and drop off sounds pretty good. For Atlantan's I live in downtown O4W. Please let me know your feedback on good or bad experience with BMW Atlanta service centers. Last edited by aussiedave87; 03-01-2015 at 08:39 PM.. |

I am NOT a fan of Global Imports in any way. Some have come out OK but I've talked with many who agree with me.
My wife took her F80 to United in Roswell at the suggestion of a fellow member here. South Atlanta is where we both bought ours. I don't have any service experience with those yet. |

I use Kip Stovall at United BMW Roswell. Thats where i bought my car. He has always taken care of me and delivered as promised. The parts department matches any M perf prices too.
I had bad experiences with Global in my e90 and started going to United with my e92. They were a week late returning my car from a wheel bearing and I had flown out of town for work. Loaner car was at the airport and they were trying to charge me daily rental because they took too long fixing the car. They also left my car outside under a tree for 4 days costing me hundreds in sap removal from my opticoat. |

I've used Global Imports since 2003 (11 yrs). During that time they've damaged my car twice (.25 cent size ding), and other than that they've been fine.

not a fan of global either. I just got mine last month and have been trying to decide where to take it too. I live 15 min from global but might drive the 30 min to take it to united in alpharetta.

I have bought 5 cars from United BMW and Eric Rossmann in service is a great service writer.
They serviced my M5, 328, 330, etc and did a great job for me |

Just wanted to thank everyone for pointing me towards Roswell (United) BMW. I bought mine from Gwinnett and just by looking at Yelp and other resources they are not making BMW owners happy in the service Dept.
Made my appointment for first service for my 2015 328I. |

I bought mine at United in Gwinnett. My salesman and manager were awesome. The service department will never get my service again. i haven't had to bring it for anything else but I will try Roswell location next time if I ever need anything

Bump again because I have the same question. My new F80 is on the way. I bought from Global because they gave me the best deal, but I haven't heard good things about their service dept. Bummer because they're closest to me, but I'll drive if necessary for better service.

I went to United BMW of Roswell for my 1200 mile service. Other than them being extremely busy and taking an extra half hour to get me started, everything went as expected.
