Hi , So my 2,800km old F30 has a problem with the passenger side window.When i auto close it comes back down to 3/4 and i have to manually close back up.Yesterday at times it would not even open or close and after a minute or so would start working again.

Does anyone have a any info on what the problem could be .

i had the same issue.
had to re-initialize my windows through ista.
the dealership can do it for you

1Lyfe, would this mess with coding that has been done to my car for NBT and Xenon retrofit.

it wont mess with the coding.

only time the dealer will clear the coding you have done is if they update the software on your car.
but for your case even after the software update it will not fix the issue (ive tried that first)
they must go into the test option and there is a initialize window motor option.

Thanks 1lyfe, that helps as i don't want my coding to have problems.

So what you are saying is all thats required is for the window motor to be re-initialised by the dealer , as at present the window works i just cant use auto window to close as it just comes back down , so what i do is manually push it up in stages.
