My uncle crashed my car on the snow and messed up the left side of my bumper, the left side of the black things fell off and I need to get new ones, I know it's really stupid but I really need to know what these are. Sorry for sounding so stupid lol

I think lower grill or lower mesh grill.

The horizontal rods that sit on the lower grills are finishing rods I believe.

I have spare OEM lower bumper grills with the finishing rods and fog light enclosures. Let me know if you are interested in buying them.
