bistable relay 00a731 passenger junction box?

Hi I finally got the bmwwhatsapp and diagnosed my car. I have fault code 00a731 I tried looking it up but couldn't get any information.

The only information I have is from the app it says bistable relay 00a731 passenger junction box. 8 think it means some sort of fuse in the fuse box? Pic anyone knows what this is please let me know.

Bump. Car is not starting now any ideas? It says the above code and then stays fuel pump-ecu ok

it was the fuel pump
