Very OT - House link help - don't shout!

So seen as though am looking at getting a house within the next year i came across this comp for £5000 towards a house for a first time buyer, top 10 with most clicks get thrown in the draw for it at the end which is Friday, so its worth a shot even though I despise these things

So as much as i hate to do this to everyone, if you could give it a click ( just goes to a youtube video) that'd help

http://bit.ly/1bdEx0u

If i win your all invited to my BBQ

I clicked. Just a heads up that Help to Buy is a great way of accessing 20% of the cost of your first home at no interest (well for 1st 5 years anyway). For a new build home. Other mortgage guarantee stuff available for older stock.

http://www.helptobuy.org.uk/equity-loan/equity-loans

I'm sure you know all this stuff but just in case

Yea I've looked into that but you have to buy a new build and honestly they are built like shit! Paper walls, nothing included, not even certain doors , hopefully I'll be able to go for a new build if I can get it detached so I don't have to listen to next door but all depends on this car selling!

You've clearly been to see some of my company's competitors' offerings then!

We're not allowed to name the company on forums, but suffice to say we don't develop up your way, more West Mids, South East & home counties and Scotland.

This isn't true anymore.

Walls and floors must be of high standards now for noise insulation, modern new housebuilding standards are tightly controlled by local authorities and the thermal insulation regs alone make them very attractive prospects, I know as recently built my own house and complying with building regs alone was very good spec

Good luck with it all!

You haven't been to the houses round mine then
I can hear next door walk up stairs I can even hear there TV sometimes, I've also went through my wall twice with little force, houses are thrown up by some of the local builders which is a shame because they look so nice!
