Track day at Thunderhill West on April 19th

I am thinking of putting on private 2 group event on track day on Sunday April 19th at Thunderhill West.

The two groups would be made up of 1 point by and 1 open passing group. Both sessions will be 30 minutes sessions all day, 7 sessions for each group. There will be a maximum of 25 cars in each group. This track day will have corner workers and all normal safety procedures in place. We will also have complete access to the new clubhouse at the West track.

The cost will be $250 per car with a maximum of 3 drivers per car.

Please PM me if you are interested in taking part in this event. I will need 40 confirmed cars/drivers to move forward with this event.

As always I'm doing this event because I love to drive and it's always a great day at the track. I do not make any money putting on these events so I need to make sure that I get enough people confirm that it makes sense and it is a manageable risk for me.

If anyone would like to sign up for this event please send an email to, exclusivetrackdays@gmail.com

Arllc,

I love the private track days. I was at t hill 1-26-15 with Barry and 2-16-15 with Performance Technic. I'm sure I can help you fill up 25 spots fast. Are you on Facebook? Not all of them are on the forums. They are all BMW enthusiast.

Let me know, and I'll help you get the spots. My name on FB is the same as here.

I'll be up there that day instructing with NASA on the East side of the track. If it's happening for sure, I'll stop by the other side of the hill and say hello!
