For those with Tint on your windows

Ever since getting my tint, one thing I wasn't happy with was how dark the cars/headlights were in my side mirrors. This was due to a combination of the electrochromatic dimming and looking through the tinted windows. I turned off the auto mirror dimming and now can see the car headlights much more clearly through the tinted windows. I feel my visibility of my surroundings at night has greatly improved.

This change is made in the FRM ecu

As I have full window tint, Im certain the sensor is in the mirror. Mine no longer dim as there isnt enough light to get to the sensor do dim them.

I believe the light comes from the others cars headlights shining on your mirrors, other than you having to look though your tint to see the mirrors, the tint has nothing to do with how this mod operates.
