Code auto tranny to not shift when it hits redline?

Is there anyway to code the car to NOT automatically shift when it hits redline..?

It's kind of annoying when trying to do a burn out at the track and the car shifts into 2nd and bogs down.

You can do the alpina flash which rev matches during shifts. I think the rpm is a little higher in manual mode.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's supposed to shift at redline to make sure you don't blow the engine

You can probably use a Bav tech cable and modify the shift points.

I'm not sitting at redline...

In order to heat the tires up at the track I bounce off the redline and it shifts into 2nd and bogs down

I think if u hold one of the flappy paddles (up or down, I dunno) it won't shift?

Or am I getting mixed up with Gran Turismo?
