bosch ignition coils and NGK plugs issues "seating on plug

hey guys I hope someone here can help me I replaced 1 coil with factory Bosch and swappe the OEM plugs for NGK iridium plugs but I cant get the coil to seat firmly on the plug itself it keeps "poppin" off the plug I tried to see if it was an issue with NGK and Bosch and then tried Bosch plugs and bosch coils neither will lock into place all are poppin off plug

does this have to do with oil leak from VCG getting into the coil and causing loss of friction maybe making it pop off

or is there something im missing about installing them?? please help im frustrated thanks guys I am sure someone has gone thru this before
