Brake pedal noise
Ive had this issue ever since I bought the car, and am not too sure how to address it. Is is pretty minor, but still gets on my nerves sometimes, and I don't think it should be like this. Pretty much whenever i touch the brake pedal it makes a loud thump noise, and when i depress the first half there is a squeeking noise. Below is the video I took from my car.

the bushing for the pedal is probably on its way out... which is surprising for a 2012 car...

One of my first thoughts as well. I am going to mention this to my service advisor when I make my next trip to the dealer, just wanted to get some feedback from the forums first. It has been like this since the car had 16k miles, now 34k

I would not say that is very abnormal either. Yes, other BMW might not do that but the parks have been :broken in" differently bu the user. No car is the same due to that. Maybe the spring is too tight for what ever reason? Try little white silicone spray to help with the noise.
