coilovers tech help needed

So I recently purchased a lightly used set of KW coilovers for a great deal. Only parts missing are all 4 bump stops and 2 front dust covers. I called KW letting them know what I have and dont have. They said the only item they're out of stock is the front bump stops and would take 2-4 weeks to receive from Germany. I asked them if I can use oem bump stops? His response was it might be fine but probably wouldn't function with Kw's dust covers.
So I'm wondering what your guys thoughts are about this? Is there any ideas out there or am I just going to have to order and wait it out. I really wanted to get them on asap but that might not happen

Can I use oem bump stops/ oem dust covers? Would that be a bad idea or even possible?

Nothing worst than bustin' up your car only to find out the parts don't fit. Last week I took a chance on a "regular" 12point 14mm spark plug socket --- WRONG. It didn't fit, but I had removed some pieces of engine covers in anticipation I would replace all six plugs. I had to wait a day for the right socket (thin wall) to show up in the mail.

Just wait and get the right parts, you'll have a more pleasant time with the coilovers installation. I did the Bilstein PSS10 install. Waited for all the parts and tools before the "weekend install" project. FUN.
