Hi all,
I'm new to this so bear with me. .......

After a test drive at the beginning of April, I Signed on the dotted line at my local dealer last Wednesday for my new M4. With delivery date being quoted as Mid to late May, I've now begun the most horrible experience of my life so far....
I really really can't wait that long!!! Every second that passes seems like an eternity. My first thought in the morning is about this M4. I even find myself looking at pictures and videos of it everytime I pic up my iPad or sit at a computer.
Is there any hope for me or am I too far gone?
Just incase... Is it possible to drive whilst wearing a straight jacket???

Welcome to your new hell. The waiting is the hardest part, it sucks for everyone that orders their car. You will soon know more about international ship traffic than any of your friends if that's any kind of consolation prize. Best of luck and welcome.

Congratulations! Got another week to go myself from what seemed like a year since the 25.02.15!!

To kill time, I ended up on going holidays, bunking off work (self-employed), reading threads after threads

Anyway!! Fill us in, what colour, spec? m4 coupe / convertible?

Your support is definitely easing a very big pain so Keep those pics and stories coming.

I've ordered the M4 coupe with DCT in Mineral white. Black interior & black alloys.
Driving a black Audi at the moment so it was change on all fronts.
I take it you all love your choice of colour?

Got to admit I love the M Heads up display. Didn't think I'd like it so much until the test drive. It's a great add on IMO. Was also tempted by the LED lights too after they gave me the car home for the night.

Anything you guys went for extra that you like/don't like?

PS. Ordered the straight jacket in mineral white too. Thought it would contrast with the seats better.

Defo go for the MPE, diffuser and carbon spoiler the colour contrast will look great on your white car and if the budget stretches go for the carbon front splitter, lip and side sills too.
