Trying to make Silver pop

Trying to maximize my cars shine and reflection.

Im just getting into detailing and ive been using the full mcguire's line for outside the car.

It seems to work very well. But Im trying to get the silver to pop more.

Ive been doing the, wash car, clay bar car, wash car, polish car, wax car thing.

And it comes out super smooth no swirls or anything. With a slight pop, but it seems not to pop as much as I would like it to.

Is that just how silver is?

Ive been doing searches on the forums to see how other silver cars come out after a detail and it looks pretty similar. Funny thing is that when I just wash my car and do a light wax it really almost looks the same as me doing a full detail.

Any suggestions?

Well I would try a glaze. I just used the CG revive glaze and I am amazed with the results. I put on two layers though.

I would try some type of glaze and a good wax. I used CG revive glaze (2 coats) and CG Petes 53 wax (2 coats) and it looks amazing! Try some layering.
