Another Service Advisor Bad Expierence.

So I get the daytime running light icon on my dash. My right DTRL is out. 2 months ago, I had both xenon light assembly units replaced due to pothole damage. My insurance paid the cost. So I go to the dealer who replaced both the xenon units to have them fix the DTRL. My SA that I don't care for is not there, which I was happy about. I go to a different SA, and explain my situation. She said O.K., let me see if it's covered. She ask the shop foreman who installed my xenon assembly unit, and he told her parts are covered because the bulbs come with the assembly unit. She said have a seat, and I'll call you when it's ready. 1 hour later, I'm walking around and my original SA sees me and said your all set. I look at the invoice and there was a charge of $123.00. I then say to him, if I would've know that, I would've not fixed it. I said that's ridiculous because the bulbs come with the assembly unit. I then go over to the service manager and he follows me to explain the situation. The manager is reading the invoice while the SA is talking and tells him " Goodwill repair. " Boy did the SA look pissed. I thank him and the service manager, get my car and leave. I call BMWNA and explain what happen. The warranty dept said that whatever comes with the Xenon assembly unit is covered for 2 years. That just reconfirmed the SA was trying to get over on me. And this is not the first time he tried it. The only reason I went back is because there the ones who replaced the Xenon assembly units that my insurance company paid for. I will never go there for anything if I don't have to.

What's the point of this post if you don't state what dealership you had the issue with?
