Any F8X M3's or M4 owners in the SF Peninsula?
In particular, Foster City or San Mateo area? I seen a few around- was just wondering if I could take a look under your front bumper to see if there's any interest for me making custom skid plates for your bumpers
PM me if anyone can meet up for a few mins |

How effective are those at reducing bumper scratches? I like the idea, but I'm not convinced yet.
Do you need a car to model?

My M4 hasn't arrived yet, but I am quite interested in these. If you are looking for a poll of potential buyers count me in. If you still need a model to fit them in late May, PM me. I'm down in the South Bay, but would be happy to meet up.

Sounds like a great idea, I've always wondered if there was a cheap "disposable" front lip for this purpose. I think if the skid plate was polished to a gloss black, (and could be sanded and repolished whenever it got scratched), that might look pretty nice.
I got a nasty gash on the bottom of my bumper just a few weeks after getting the car, really low dip in a dark unfamiliar parking lot =( If you still need something to look at you want to take a look at I'm at RWC. Do you have any more pics of your setup? Very curious to see what it looks like. |
