H&R springs

I am looking to drop my 2007 E92 335i M sport which is currently running on 19" alloys, 8.5" on the fronts with a 10mm spacer, and 9.5" on the rears with no spacers at present but pending depending on where the car sits once its been lowered.

I am looking to put it on either the H&R sports or H&R super sport springs, does anyone know realistically when the difference in the drop is between the two and in terms of ride, are they going to be pretty much the same?

there are hundreds of threads on here but your best bet would be to google Ride height difference between H&R sport and super sport and view images

You'll have better luck searching in the suspension section. The difference is probably 0.25 - 0.50" in ride height. I would imagine the super sport springs offer a stiffer ride since there is less suspension travel. I would recommend always pairing lowering springs with a proper sport shock

You have 2 options for your car.
Sport springs and race springs. The difference is .7 on the front and .3 on the rear.

Don't do race springs!
Way too stiff for street as everyone in the e36 community that has them will tell you. For the few extra hundred dollars it will cost for coil overs you get the drop plus stock ride.
If you drop with springs you need other struts and hats, etc which all add up close to coils

I have H&R Race and the ride is not the greatest but it is not terrible. The only time you should get the Race is if you either want your car really low or are actually tracking as I have to limit where I go now because of how low I am.

Other than that I love the look and I've gotten used to the ride.
Saving up for air ride
