Okay, I've searched and searched the forums and found so much conflicting information that I thought I'd break down and ask again - so....

Is DHP the SAME suspension on RWD and X-Drive models except for the height of the springs? In other words, are there really three (3) separate suspension options: Luxury, Sport and DHP? [I'm also aware of the special order M-Performance suspension, which would technically make a 4th option]

I really had no intention of getting X-Drive, but I found a model that has EXACTLY the options I'm looking for, with the exception that it is an X-Drive model with DHP. I currently drive a 2006 330i Sport/6MT, and handling is very important to me...so DHP has been a pre-requisite.

p.s. If you do have a DHP X-Drive, can you swap out and get lowering springs, or is that only an option on non-DHP X-Drives?

Thanks.
