Bay Area dealer rec?
The C63 has treated me well, but after two years I'm starting to seriously miss having the 3rd pedal. Seriously thinking about jumping into an M.
Does anyone have recommendations for who to work with and buy from in the Bay Area? |

East bay is good, mountain view treated me well but aren't as price friendly
Stay far far away from Fremont BMW , I think I got Ebola when I went there to shop. |

Doesn't seem like they have the best rep from some people I talked to, but I had a pretty painless experience at Stevens Creek.

I bought my M3 from Michael Borbet at BMW Mountain View. The ordering and buying experience was great.
However, there was a whole mess with the trade in of my old car after they botched the paperwork. I tried calling the managers at BMW MV to get it straightened out and they ignored my many calls and voicemails. A very disappointing experience and I'm still dealing with the problems they caused. |

I highly recommend Michael Wu from BMW San Francisco - happy to make a personal introduction. He's a SA who understands the enthusiast and needs that come with the territory.

Kelly Kimberly at hansel BMW was super patient and easy to work with. Of course at the time I bought my m4 in July they couldn't give me much of a discount but in sure you can get a great deal now

I have had good experiences with Fremont in the past. This last time I went to Peter Pan and had an okay experience (got a good price but the experience was alright). I have never had any experience with Mt View and East Bay but have heard good things about East Bay. As for Stevens Creek, don't even get me started. I have never had a good experience there.

I would check inventory around the bay because manuals are very rare. |

My bay area experience is limited to weatherford in Berkeley. I would give them negative stars if I could, at least on the sales side. We did get pretty far in the process until it came down to money. They wanted way too much... Which if that wasn't combined with a completly arrogant pompous sales manager, would have been fine.
At the time (Nov of 14), not much was being done in the way of price negotiations so I gave up on bay area dealers and went to long beach and got a deal at least 10k better than offered up here. Worked out so far. I will say that so far our 1 service visit to weatherford went really well... I swore then off but they are literally around the corner so the woman pushed to use them out of convenience. Good luck wherever you end up! |

The main thing it shows is that once you give them the money, they don't care anymore. I'll buy BMWs again, but not from there.
