e46 winter wheels on new m3

i have a winter wheel set for my e46 m3; they are made for this car and come from the tire rack; they are 17"s; any idea on whether or not these will fit on the new m3?

I don't know for sure, but I doubt they'll fit over the brakes.

I certainly won't be driving my $70K car in the salt.

Offset wise, you'll be a little sunken in the front, but like skierman said...brake clearance will be an issue for you. I'm pretty confident you'll need at least 18" wheels to clear the brake rotors.

winter is winter; at least where i live; the e46 m3 is extremely effective with this setup; i only abandon the m when it's an absolute emergency;

i forgot to mention that the wheels have spacers; i wonder if the brakes on the new m are that much larger that they won't fit?

winter is like spring - at least where I live.

I doubt they will fit. only a handfull of 17's actually fit the e46. but one way to find out.
