HELP! Vibration above 60 MPH with balanced wheels

After taking off the rear wheels to roll the fenders on my E90, the car started vibrating badly on the interstate. I have since remounted the rear wheels twice, and today I took the car to Discount Tire and got all 4 wheels balanced.

The vibration is still there. It is worse when letting off the throttle or just barely touching the pedal. No vibration in the steering wheel. The car is vibrating so that the passenger seat is shaking.

What could it be? Discount Tire said my wheels were about 1oz out of balance.

There is no science on it, take it back have them inspect the tires and rims, something is out of balance. Your answer will be found in your wheels.

I would normally think that the wheels are bent, but I think a balancing would have discovered that.

I'd still put money on a wheel being bent out of round....There's v few things that cause a notable wobble. Maybe check the bearings as well.

It took 4 balances a 3 different shops for me to finally be told that my wheels (all 4) where out of round. Willing to bet thats your problem. If you see it in the seats I think that points to the rear wheels.
