E90 bumper repaint or aero lip?

Has anyone had to repaint their front bumper due to rock chips or maybe doing what I did and drive over a cement parking block?

There is an excellent body shop here but I can't get an appointment until week after next, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has done this work and what I can expect for a cost.

How bad is the damage? Some splitters should take care of it if its just the lower parts on the sides, thats what I'll be putting on mine eventually, scrapped the shit of one side.
