I've had the car just about a year and tbh in that time haven't driven it loads, however during that period this has happened twice; having had the sounds pumping for an hour or so (Wham! etc) loud-ish but not ridiculous the volume becomes limited and the system semi-freezes. Today it actually went completely silent with the speaker symbol crossed through, with the volume controls having no effect.

I've parked up at home now and presume it will come alive again later.

Anyone any experience of this, known fault or intended safety cut out?
