Bought my 11 335i CPO and the dealer threw in previous owners roof racks. Rails as BMW who makes these / what are the for bikes?

Thought id post a better picture of what came with the car. These are the components i have. I have two of the black and red things and two of the pole thing with a swivel. Cannot figure out how this would hold a bike if thats even what it is for.

Sorry for the dog, he doesnt cooperate sometimes....
