Angry OT + RANT. Postage cost shortfall by worse than useless VW UK

I am so pissed off. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks letters sent to me with a shortfall in postage costs. 3 weeks ago it was VW, then it was a private individual and now I am being touched for £1.54.

Can't park near the Post Office and it is a good 20 minute walk away.

I'll check who it is from and if I feel it is not important, the Post Office can send it back.

Aaaarrrrrggggghhhhh!

Feel your pain.

My mother insists on sending Cheques for birthdays etc.

Invariably it's registered / recorded or not enough stamps, so then have to drive into crap part of town, no parking, get envelope.

Then sort a trip in to town to pay cheque in.

It's arrghhhhhh ....

Yeah it very annoying, especially when the postage is only 6p short and you have to pay £1 on top just to see who sent it

Mate...

I work for one of the largest suppliers of postage equipment globally....and I get the same! Infuriates me.

Let me know who they are and I'll drop a franking machine off to them

Garage List
I've been subsidising cards from my family for years as well as the cost and time of collection from the local distribution centre, its a pain in the arse but no more than that.

I think people want to know what it is before they pay so that's why they go and have a look

Exactly, not paying extra money for Christmas cards from 'some couple you lived next door to 10 years ago but still send cards'

reminds me quite a few years ago, I had a 'special delivery' that was short of stamps.
Excitedly I made my way to the horrid sorting office queue only for them to close the gates whilst people were still queuing as they were closing, I lept over the gate (was much more agile then) only to find they could'nt locate the letter.

On advice returned next day only to find they closed early! Went back day after finally got hold of this letter.
Opened it up - a warning that I hadn't paid a fine from frigging blockbuster video as I hadn't rewound the stupid tape - glad they went bust

I will saunter over there tomorrow and if it is VW who have done it again, I'll use the most colourful language in my lexicon. They owe me £1.11 from the last time and that was for Wheel Insurance Documents. That Wheel Insurance was so crap, that I cancelled it.

Oh man this is hard to read. I mean really - how do you even find the motivation to get out of bed in the morning! Deepest sympathies.

And who was the guilty party? Surprise, surprise - VW and specifically VW Driverline! Told the Post Office to send it back.

Tried to call VW Driverline as it is a 24 hour number. Is it fcuk! Honestly guys, VW UK is a really crappy company, always was, always will be. And don't get me going on VW Customer Service. It is non-existent and populated by an army of Nobel Prize Winning Morons whose nth language seems to be English.

I am really seriously p!ssed of with them. Bunch of worse than useless cvnts.

At least they still do "jewel like" interiors.

I think I'm gonna start counting how many times I can get that one in!

Cheeky monkey. If I knew where you lived, I would give your wife a very good time!

I hope you have constant problems with your parking space!
