E92 (with idrive) rear parking sensors turn off??

I'm getting tow bar fitted tomorrow ready to tow a caravan. But I cannot find a button or a setting in the I drive to turn the rear parking sound off. Is there a way to get into a hidden setup to turn them off. I do have Bmwhat so if anyone can confirm that can do it that would be good too. (I'm not near car to check the coding right now)

The manual says when a trailer is on the hook the pdc will know it and remain silent
