325d 2009 LCi AT - gearbox doesn't work fine

Hi, I have 200 000 km and today I went to service station to change oil in gearbox and change oil pan. If my car shift up from 2nd - 3rd, it "jerks" with car.. Same problem I had before oil change. I heard there is some gearbox adaptation reset possible but I don't know how to do this.

Can you give me ideas what is bad or what can I do? Diagnostics showed everything is fine.

Thank you and sorry for my english.

For adaptation reset you need the car connected to a tester. It doesn't have to be a BMW tester. What oil went into the AT? ZF Lifeguard Fluid6?

Wrong oil will kill your transmission. Not immediatly but slowly. Ask Martin1980k.
3 options:
1) Learn how to do it yourself. A flush will require 8liters ZFLifeguardfluid6 (ebay #111111356633) Get the necessary tools (hand pump, 6mm+8mm Inbus, 8mm socket, torque wrench).
or 2) Find a mechanic that knows about ZF automatics to let him do the job.
or 3) If you don't have a mechanic that knows what he's doing drive to ZF Dortmund.
The service will cost about 600.-euro and will be more than just an oil change. They change parts and clean the mechatronics.

or drop a line to Mr. Sagert: carl-joerg.sagert@zf.com

You can combine 1) and 2)
