M-Performance Brake - What comes with the kit?

I'm looking to get the BMW-Performance Brake System Kit (Part #34-11-2-221-447) and was wondering what was included in the kit? Can't seem to get through to the service department via phone, and different pictures online are showing different parts being included. For those that have ordered it as a kit from BMW, what's included?

Obviously,
-2 Front Caliper
-2 Front Rotor
-2 Rear Caliper

I know the rear rotors are sold separately. But what about heat shield/protection plates, brake pads, wear sensors, hardware for mounting (screws, nuts, brackets, clips etc.)?

Thanks fellas. I knew I could count on the forums

So for clarifications, "misc hardware" for mounting are included (as stormlv didn't have them listed). From there, it's all PnP, nothing else I need to buy separately?

I used the stock brake lines; I don't think think buying OEM ones would make any difference, unless you go for aftermarket stainless steal lines.

So do all OEM Brake Upgrades on the F30 use the same master cylinder / prop valves ? If so then caliper swaps for brake upgrades will be cake..
Im looking to swap some 335i ( non painted brembos ) onto my F30 328i with stock brakes.

The following below is correct:
In the kit is everything you need to have them bolt up.
The rear rotors are optional.
You can source the kit from a couple of places and they include the rear rotors at a single price.

I paid $1900 including rear rotors.
Current price including rear rotors is $2100 new on eBay.

There's also a $300 rebate right now (U.S.) if you purchase from a BMW dealer:

We normally have this kit for a bit more, but our Black Friday Door Buster is significantly less today; includes 370x30mm front and 345x24mm rear rotors:
