Just a heads up I thought the e90 board was amongst great guys who are honest but people never seem to amaze.. I won't go into full detail but I sold this guy my H n R race springs for his e92... Stupid me I trusted he was a member on here and would send the monies no problem. I sent him the springs ups full insurance and tracking.. Spoke to him on the phone in the ups store etc he then says he's getting paid and will send me the money western union. Then says western union delivered it to the wrong place? Then says he's waiting for a refund, then says he'll pay extra for the mishap then says he's not scamming me but money is tight right now , then he Disappears of the planet and then I see he's still trying to buy goods on here like a jb4... Some nerve... Anyhow don't do business with this guy... All over 250 bucks... Karmas a bitch.

Well who in their right mind would send goods and wait for payment unless it was family or friend, not saying they won't do you dirty either. Kinda had it coming if you are trusting a complete stranger. Should have done a COD through ups. That way you get your money.

Option 1) You have the postal address, go to him and speak directly.
Option 2) Print off all communication & send it to the police.

Don't think I don't know it's stupid , but don't think I'm wrong as I'm the victim , like a girl deserves to get raped cause her skirts super short theory... How about I know what not to do I'm just saying to others who may trust a guy on e90 with posts etc as most people in canada especially are trust worthy. Some lame world we live in. I would never have done it but I had his cell phone email, private messages on here. And it's 250 bucks.. Didn't think I get scammed over 250... But then again your right never trust anyone. Just letting people know my dealings with a current member who is still selling things like his rims...

I thought about police and still may do.. I have all emails and text so no issue there. Just wanted to warn people as he's still on here I just noticed , should have posted way earlier but I actually forgot he was a member as we switched to email conversation and I had the springs listed on Craigslist too, only realized he was still on here when I saw his post for selling his rims and looked nback that it was the same guy I sold to.

Like I said 100% what was I thinking sending a item prior to being paid. I guess I deserve to be screwed? Really?. He is a member on a forum that has been the most help re my car and info then any other forum I've been on and I just had that feeling of BMW comradely .. Anyhow just want people to know so they don't send him monies for rims etc. last emails are as follows

Now under that it shows it was gone to another account and it wasn't sent by me that's where they are trying to see who received the funds.

Judging by the info you have on him, he doesnt seem like a scam artist. It seems he's just dumb. You even have his work number and address.

Post this in the canada forum or even better, the bmwtruenorth facebook group. I am sure someone will be able to help you.
