bmw overspray again
took car into bmw today a speaker was vibrating. pretty simple right? they rang me up told me they couldnt replicate and come collect car. arrived and woohoo free sh1t carwash! but wait...... whats that??? oh! its only the entire passenger side, roof, boot lid and windows totally covered in lacquer overspray. while i was there i replicated the speaker rattle they think its actually behind the dash somewhere.
so now its in for 5 days next week to have the dash removed and also the entire car cut and polished. bmw are seriously peeing me off now service has been almost dreadful when it come to carelessness since day one. ill post a pic |

i went out to take some picks but it is very difficult to capture it. this is the second time ive had bodywork issues after visiting bmw which include overspray like this. ive no clue how they are doing it but it is really bad. then they try and say oh maybe it happened before you came in? well im sure everyone here knows every sq inch of their motors so yeah pretty sure i woulda noticed something so shoddy

I suspect you will be able to provide proof that the overspray did not exist prior to putting the car in for work, so now give it to a detailer to put right and bill the garage. If they refuse, go to the small claims court, where you are very likely to be awarded not only costs, but compensation for all your inconvenience.
