Delivery charges on new cars

Trying to obtain a quote of 435d xdrive.
been quoted £760 del charges. Didnt have to pay that with my previous car.
is it new?
I thought that was included in the costing of the car. cheers

How it was explained to me by several garages is that some manufacturers/dealers build it into the price of the car whereas others show it as a separate cost.

IIRC mine has been quoted at just over £600, but that's delivered to my door.

Ah just been pointed out that- the cost is split so the total amount still is the same. As it was marked separately caught me out.
