sup guys ... weather's getting nice so we need to set-up a meet and drive event. when and where do u propose?

*** ok, I proposed Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 10am at Burnham Harbor. than at 11-12pm cruise to Schaumburg and have lunch at Portillos

I was waiting for someone to ask this, lol. A meet and drive sounds like a good idea.

June 13? For selfish reasons since it's the only weekend I'm free, lol.

Totally brainstorming but how about we meet up somewhere in the city around 5/6pm, Burnham Harbor again? Then have a fun pre-plotted route towards a place where we can all park and eat at. Portillos in Schuamburg maybe?

A couple 'shows' to consider scheduling around are Supercar Saturdays will be this Saturday, June 6th in The Glen (Glenview). Rise and Drive will be June 21 at Soldier Field.

Sounds great! I am out until June 26th though (also out July 4th weekend).

However, I've always wanted to head out to Galena and then travel through Blackjack Road down to Savannah and visit Poopy's (biker bar).

Supposed to be one of the best driving roads around. Check it out here in the 'Near Chicago' section--> http://www.supercompressor.com/rides...ving-right-now

sup Tyler? funny u mentioned Galena as I was thinking of going there for some spirited driving. maybe do an overnighter for that trip???

Hey man, how's it going?

I never thought about overnighting it out there but it does sound like a viable option. If we can get others to join then we can have some fun. No sharing rooms though, haha.

i was just recommend overnight cuz it's about 3 hrs away. it'll be pretty tiring to do 3 hrs there, than do some spirited driving there, and than doing another 3 hrs back on same day

I will be visiting Chicago to have IND do some work for me. Won't be available to meet on that sunday, but would love to meet with some other M owners while I'm up visiting. I grew up near Chicago so I think I'll be around for a week or two.
FWIW, while I'm visiting, IND will be installing the AWE non-resonated switch path exhaust for me if anyone is interested in hear it in person.

I have an appointment at IND next Wednesday if anyone is around for some cosmetic bits but I'll be like a kid at a candy store so who knows what I'll end up with. (I do have an MPE if anyone wants to that).
