11,000 miles remaining over 26 months? i dont think anyone will be jumping on this deal without some incentive, especially with a 1,248 payment.

I know man it's bad on miles. But if you look at my incentive I offer a incentive or best offer.

So I did what you said

lol you're not offering an incentive. you are not even giving enough money to make up for the overage on the miles. this is a horrible lease to begin with and then she is horribly over miles. just sell the car to carmax asap before the miles get even worse.

Um a one month incentive or $1500 with the word incentive In it ? Is not a incentive I am confused on what your saying.

If someone is interested I will take offers for more of a incentive no problems

Ouch ....!

You are going to have to offer some significant incentives to move this car ...

Expect a 30% to 35% drop from MSRP during the first 12 to 18 months ...!

That my friend, represents the profit we allow the dealers and manufacturer to enjoy. And a lease isn't any better ... same margins on the time-value-of-money.

See current auction pricing in the attached.

I believe that too man, but I just want offers so I started at $1500 if they take over my lease. I am welcome for offers of course. That's definitely true dealers get it great as soon as we drive off its already negative unless its a GT3 or Ferrari of course.

Thanks for that auction attachment. I owe more than 72 that I am asking, I am not expecting someone to pay $72k BUT I am expecting some offers at least.

Thanks man

what i meant is that (rough calculations here) to get back on track for 10K/year you need to pay $1,700 in overages (i'm assuming the 0.16/mile). you would need to pay $1,700 just to get the miles back on track for 10k/miles a year. so when you are offering $1,500 you are not even making the person whole. pretty much think of it as if you are starting at -$1,700. you need to offer somewhere in the vicinity of $7K incentive to even be competitive. this car can easily be had on a new lease around $1k/month. if you offer a $7k incentive you would be slightly lower than $1k/month. i still wouldnt take it with a $7k incentive though...good luck

It's 12k miles a year is where she is at.

But like I said if someone made me a 7k offer of incentive I will consider it maybe.

But like I said I am open to offers I know her far is negative but hope for the best.

Thanks though man.

This one is 65k almost and it has 32k miles almost at a dealer.

So they are similar deals there. But like I said open to offers and I know what the market is out there. Thanks

why not just put your lowest price out there now? you'd gain more interest than what you have advertised now.

I am not quite sure what's my lowest.

I need offers in order to know that plus it's my sisters car so it's up to her, it's not my decision

i'd buy miles from bmw. i think they'll charge you .16 cents/mile. that way you can at least make the x5 more attractive by having decent miles remaining. or just tell your sister to continue driving and just pay for the miles.

We are thinking of just buying miles for it. but as for selling it we offer a incentive which can go towards the payment or miles.
