is there a difference in the undercarriage/shell for f30 328i's around the world?

I have put an order in for a middle stabilizer brace and was informed that the item fits the China version 328i and that i will be buying at my own risk. Is there any difference in the chassis design?

The Chinese model has a longer wheelbase by something like 4.5 inch. It might be available in other markets too . Read the Wikipedia article
