scratch sound from the pad and the rotor

i have changed stoptech st40 for my rear brake system for almost one month for about 1000 km,and sometimes for about 10 seconds every 20 minutes ,especially on the bad road, i can hear the scratch sound ,and i have checked installation for 5 times, even i reinstalled it,but i can still hear the sound ,but the bbk performs excellent without any vibration, can you help me judge the issue?

Did you do the standard stoptech or the Trophy kit? "scratch sound", can you upload a video or record the noise? Also, did you 1) "wash" the rotor before installing them 2)Properly bed them in? Instruction states - 60mph to 5mph 10 times in a set of 3 with cool down period in between the sets.

I've only hit 300 miles on my Trophy kit.

Could it be the backing plate?

It could perhaps be a rock sticking to the calipers, I've seen it happen rather frequently with the CCBs but not sure if it would apply to your kit.

I am observing my bbk currently, and has calculated the frequency for my abnormal sound, which is approx. 0.05% for all my driving time, and i also asked the dealer for checking and reinstalling, which showed no problem at all, especially on the braking performance, much better than the stock one and also without vibration, they installed the stoptech st60 in the same way as they installed the st40. And they suggested me keep on driving, which would probably make the noise smaller .
