Click on "show vehicle listing" at the bottom of each page...they show both 2015 428 and 435 xDrive Gran Coupe. Put these on my F30 a couple of months ago and IMO, they're perfect for a DD. Talk to Mike at AWE who was out for a ride with me recently.

Yup, legit. I agree, talk to Mike at AWE. Maybe consider the Bilsteins too. I have a set of the B14s on my F36 X-drive, and completely love them!

I want something that can still give me some comfort...how are the b14?

The current (Non DHP) F36 xdrive suspension is too floaty with the RFTs and the wheel gap is huge. I want to lower it an inch or so

You will love the KW Street Comfort coilovers. Every customer I've worked with has nothing but praise for them. They really close the gap on xdrive BMW's while offering a sporty ride that will not detract from street manners. Really, I was out with a customer and we were going over bumps on purpose and laughing at how nice they are.

It sounds like you're looking for pretty much the same things i was...a better-controlled ride that doesn't give up too much in the way of comfort and a reasonable drop. I've been in cars with B14's and KW v2's and, while I might have loved the ride 40 years ago, it wouldn't work for me today. Don't think I would want to try it in Boston on RFTs, but your objectives may be different than mine.

Check out post# 11 & 55 in this thread:

http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=824150

The KW Street Comforts are a couple/few clicks softer than the v1-v3's but you can see in this chart that they do have a range of adjustment. Bilstein also makes a Komfort version of some of their coilovers but I've never seen them in person.

Mike can you PM me price for KW street comfort and Bilstein b14? Also are you guys authorize dealers for both?

Is there a bilstein comparable to the KW street comforts?

PMing you now, we most certainly are authorized dealers. Bilsteins offerings are more aggressive, they do not have a close alternative to the KW Street Comforts. B14, where offered, are the closest option.

Here is mine lowered on KW V1 coilovers. I chose the v1s because it has preset stiffening by the KW engineers and i felt as if i bought the v2s with customizable settings then i would always be wanting to make it softer or stiffer after hitting a bump or getting too much body roll in a corner. with that being said… The V1’s ride incredibly well. take bumps only slightly harsher than stock and body roll has been significantly reduced, not to mention the great height adjustment.

Another vote and praise for KW Street Comfort coilovers. Had these coilovers on a previous F30.
