Can anyone recommend specific products???
I need to buy products for my car to do the following;
1) Clean the interior dash/aluminum trim 2) Clean the leather inside 3) Get rid of some swirl marks...specifically on the black shiny plastic dividers between the front side windows and the rear side windows. Much appreciated.

My detailer had me use Lexol Leather Cleaner for conditioning and regular cleaning. The BMW leather cleaner for good for spot cleaning.

I had some Leatherique I never had a chance to try on my previous car, so I'll prob use that. I also had some Aerospace something-something for the interior that I never got to try either. These both came well recommended.

303 Aerospace Protectant is a great vinyl, plastic, rubber, and leather dressing that will provide excellent UV protection and a matte finish. Keep in mind that this product doesn't have any cleaning agents though. Consider using something like 303 Cleaner & Spot Remover to remove stains prior to applying the Aerospace Protectant. For removing swirls, you'll need some sort of abrasive polish. If the surface is plastic, try something like Megs PlasticX. If the surface is clear coated, I'd recommend the Menzerna line of polishes, specifically PO106FF or Final Polish II. Hope this helps, keep us posted on what you use and how things turn out. George |
