Launch control?

My dealer showed it to me in the iDrive options, but I forgot how he found it. I've been looking for it, but can't find it for the life of me. Anyone know?

I didn't know it could be disabled/enabled in iDrive.

Al you should have to do is set the car to Sport+ mode, push your shifter into S, firmly hold the brake, mash the gas and wait for the "launch control active" dialog to come up.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

On a side note, where in BK are you located?

it's DTC on, Shifter in D/S, hold brake and push throttle quick

You also need to drive around for a bit before launch control will activate.

seems like the video was able to activate launch control without putting the car to sport+ mode. and instead of holding down the DTC for 3+ seconds, he only pressed it once.
So there's 2 ways?
1. brake, DTC press once to activate, shift to S, then gas.
2. brake, sport + mode, shift to S, then gas

both ways will work?
