e90 air struts on a f30?

This might be a dumb question and the answer is probably a NO but I just wanted to get an answer anyways. I have Air force air struts on my e90. I saw a post on instagram that someone used their air struts off their e90 and put it on a f30. I was wondering if this was possible? im considering getting a f30 and dont wanna buy new air struts if i could use my old ones

Swap to the original when you sell your e90, and give it a try when you get your f30. If it doesnt fit then just sell them
