H&R Sport Spring question

I went from a 2012 335i sport to an EB 2013 335i M sport RWD. This car does not have the adaptive suspension and after I swapped to non runflats this thing is a sloppy mess...needs stiffer lower suspension ASAP.

The only option I miss is the adaptive suspension. Ill post up pics when the car is all finished and modded. Should be another couple weeks.

How true of a drop is an H&R sport spring? I know their web site states with out sport suspension its 1.5 in drop up front and 1" in the back. What have all you guys been experiencing. My plans are not drastic it is my DD so to speak but I have another car. I just wanna lower it and put a strut brace. This should bring the car to where it needs to be.

I honestly don't know. It just says Msport on the invoice. Nothing about the suspension.

What's the difference between the Msport suspension and standard?

Standard Suspension is standard on the base/luxury/modern lines

M Sport comes standard on the sport and m-sport

If you don't have adaptive suspension then you have standard m sport suspension.

Oh yes yes, Its an M sport sorry If I did not mention it. SO its M sport suspension. So I have a chance to get H&R sport springs off my friend really cheap and I was wondering how drastic of a drop it would be on M sport suspension. Thanks in advance.
