SCCA AutoX Classification for MPPK-equipped cars

Does anyone know if a Bimmer equipped with the MPPK would still be classified as "Stock" under SCCA AutoX rules (since it's an OEM manufacturer-equipped part), or would it count as an ECU mod and move it to at least "Street Prepared"?

Gonna bump this one again since I'm still interested to know, as it'll determine whether I get MPPK now or later on my next order...

And not an engine tune?

I'm also curious how BMW CCA AutoX treats it, if anyone knows... I assume MPPK-equipped cars would be fairly common in BMW CCA AutoX

Is MPPK on the window sticker? I believe anything "port installed" is considered by SCCA to be the same as a factory option but "dealer installed" is not.

Most people on a local level aren't going to really care or complain. Once you get to a regional or national level it becomes more of an issue.

I haven't actually ever seen one on a window sticker, since it's even rarer on a dealer lot car than MSport packages, I'd assume.

What difference does ZHP make in classing with regards to whether your car is MPPK-equipped or not?

Er, no it isn't. lmfao. Look at an ordering guide. MPPK is an M-Performance part, not a package part.

Paying tribute to the iconic ZHP Performance Package, BMW today released details for a 2016 BMW 435i ZHP Coupe Edition. The original ZHP option code was created by BMW Individual as a performance package for the 2003-2006 E46 3 Series...
You are driving a "ZHP Coupe Edition", which is basically a special edition 435 with the following parts:

Quote:
Track Handling Package, new for MY16
BMW M Performance Limited Slip Differential (LSD)
BMW M Performance Parts
M Sport Package
MPPK is an M Performance Part.
