JR Auto F30 Diesel tuning technical discussion thread!
Hello guys, We are a company located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. We work with a German tuner called Megaspeed, which is one of the very reputable tuners in the EU. The following thread contains information about our research, tuning and reviews for M57 engine: link Our 335D tuning solution was a HUGE success. Our tune is a proper ECU/DDE tune, and the desired results are achieved by modifying over 80+ maps, out of those, following are the few: - Throttle maps - Boost Limiters - TQ limiters and maps - Injection quantity limiters and maps - Start of injection advance maps - Injection opening time - Target boost - Rail pressure limiter and maps - Torque limiters for gearbox protection - Torque limits for all transmission gears - Target Lambda - Speed limiter is raised to the maximum possible. Following gains are possible with the tune: +38HP +55lb-ft TQ We have the stage 2 tuning ready as well, but we are waiting for our downpipe to be manufactured, which is still in its early stages. For now, you will have to ship us the ECU, which we will tune and return back. (2-3 days downtime). I've looked at your website and noticed that the MPF software is not available for the 328d (tho it is available for the 320d). If that's the case, what's the point of getting Spider Boot? And when will the MPF become available for 328d owners?
