MPE (#340) or Eisenmann Race
Hi guys, i have been searching for an exhaust system for my 435i. I have narrowed it to these 2 because this is what i can get in my country (with affordable price n availability).
So I wanted something more from the stock exhaust, something more refine and a little bit louder but I also want it to be comfortable for daily driving/cruising down the streets. Will the mpe give a noticeable change from stock? Will the eisenmann be too loud for daily driving? If mpe is on level 1/10 in terms of loudness, which level will the eisenmann race on? Thank you!! Thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated |

Look for some videos with an mpe+ res delete. I've heard the res delete really makes the mpe sound a lot better. That, coupled with a downpipe, will for sure sound mean and loud.
Another member recently got the eisenmann installed and I love the sound of it. It's definitely louder than stock of course but I can't say much as I've never heard it in person, and videos don't always do these exhausts justice. |

MPE would be the way to go if you're looking for just a subtle increase in sound. If you've ever heard an e92 335is, its kind of like that. Its loud (at least from the outside) but in a refined manner, people will definitely notice that there is something different about your car. I've got it on mine and its just what I was looking for! Not overly crazy but just enough. As for Eisenmann I have no idea, I haven't heard one in person

Maybe too much pops and "explosions" for my tastes. For me the optimum would be MPE+Res Removal

We went together on track and also for a mountain travel, so know perfectly the differences between the two exhausts. Eisenmann is muche more aggressive and louder than MPE #340; its main shortcoming is that... it is too much noisy for my tastes: pops are really noticable and seem like little petard explosions Anyway it is exciting!! MPE has got a perfect tone for my tastes, but is it lacks of 5 decibels... Moreover, at high revs, I think that its sound is covered by turbo whizz and intake sound.
