f30 engine

Heya im hoping im in the right forum for this lol, but how much can the 320i xdrive 2014 engine handle in power? Ive currently got the jb4 stage 2, and am planning on a downpipe, but ive heard from some that it cant go over 240 hp or you risk blowing the engine? and the jb4 supposed gets the stock engine from 180 - 230? please correct my wrongness haha.

Make sure you use the recommended maps and fuel and you will be fine.
Good news is that the JB4 will allow you to datalog and keep an eye on how the car is reacting to the extra power, so do that to stay on the safe side.

With downpipes you should be able to run map2 without issue. Just put in 93+ octane gas and you're all set. The JB4 will also clear the codes for you from the downpipes.

i know youve answered this before for me, i think? but just in case i'm insane.
i'm currently driving a 320i xdrive 2014 sport model with the jb4 stage 2 - only run map 5 and can NOT run any other map? yes?

ive been using 91 octance since 93 is rare in vancouver bc haha. With the DP and the jb4 stage 2 i can use map 5 and map 2?
