Fire Extinguisher Mounting?

Hi,
I was planning on attending a land speed event and one of the safety regulations is having a fire extinguisher mounted in the car.... see below for exact rules.

My car is not a track spec nor will it be doing anything other than my DD for 98% of the time. To comply with the rules I would need to mount an extinguisher in the car.

I hate to ruin any interior parts for this one event, anyone have some ideas on how to satisfy this requirement without doing any damage to the car?

2.1 FIRE EXTINGUISHER:
A: As a minimum, handheld 2 lb. automotive BC fire extinguisher.
B: Securely mounted within easy reach of the driver. (No zip ties or hose clamps.)
C: Quick release mounting system of metallic construction.

You can get the VAC floor mount for the E46/E92. You may have to enlarge the holes or drill another set in the bracket.

I installed a bracket from these guys. Uses original mounting bolts from front of the seat and doesn't foul. 5 minute install and looks oem.

Does anyone know if an e92 and f80 have the same bolt pattern for the seat?

Since its in au does this mean it will take a month to get to the U.S.? I'll send them an email. I can't see shipping time on their site. Thanks!!!
